Los Gyros was born out of a deep love for Mexican cuisine and a desire to share its rich flavors with the Toronto community. Our specialty, Al Pastor tacos, reflects a culinary tradition that dates back generations, blending the influence of Lebanese shawarma-style cooking with classic Mexican ingredients and techniques. Each taco is slow-cooked on a trompo spit, thinly sliced, and topped with sweet pineapple, fresh cilantro, and onions, delivering an explosion of flavors in every bite.
